Determination on the Fair Work Commission’s own initiative - superannuation fund - change of name.
A. Further to the decision of the Fair Work Commission on 22 January 2013 1 and pursuant to s.160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 it is ordered the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting “National Catholic Superannuation Fund;” appearing in clause 21.4(e) and inserting “Catholic Super (CSF);”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 22 January 2013.
