The Fair Work Commission?s Workplace Relations Education Series consists of 3 initiatives:

The next lecture in the series, The industrial system, discrimination & judicial method: the Australian reluctance, will be delivered by Associate Professor Anna Chapman and Professor Beth Gaze.
This lecture profiles developments in tribunal and judicial method in interpreting discrimination in the Australian industrial framework.
The lecture is presented in collaboration with the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law at the University of Melbourne.
