The Fair Work Commission's online lodgment service will be unavailable from 12:00pm on Friday, 17 August to 7:00am on Monday, 20 August 2018 (AEST), due to a system switch.
During this time the Commission will launch a new online case management system and retire the current Online Lodgment Service. To find out more, go to the eCase online case management system page.
Applications can still be lodged by downloading the relevant Form and submitting it to your local Commission office by email, fax and over the phone, or at the counter, during business hours.
If it does not negatively affect the timeframes for your application, you might like to wait until the new online case management system is available from 7:00am Monday, 20 August 2018.
