Statement issued, Redundancy

The Fair Work Commission has today issued a Statement in the matter of Serco Sodexo Defence Services Pty Ltd (SSDS).

The Statement deals with the progress of an application by SSDS to vary redundancy pay for employees for whom SSDS argues it has obtained other acceptable employment.

Affected employees are requested to notify SSDS if their address and/or contact details have changed or will change in the near future. This is to make sure that employees can be advised of progress in the matter, and have the opportunity to have their circumstances considered should this become necessary.

For more information read the Statement: Serco Sodexo Defence Services Pty Ltd.
