Join Fair Work Commission President Justice Ross as he presides over a mock hearing.

The Unfair Dismissal Mock Hearing – Brisbane event is the latest in our Workplace Relations Education Series. Justice Ross will preside over an unfair dismissal mock hearing determining if there was a valid reason for dismissal based on defamatory comments on social media.

The case will be argued by leading workplace relations practitioners, while attendees will have the opportunity to discuss issues and raise questions with participants after the hearing.

The event is ideal for practitioners, industrial officers, students, new graduates, or anyone interested in workplace relations.

Date: Tuesday, 23 October 2018
Time: 5.30pm–7.30pm
