The Fair Work Commission today published our proposed Online Proceedings Framework and Participant Guide, for consultation.
The Framework sets out how we propose to use online proceedings into the future, to ensure a consistent approach. It also sets out additional resources we plan to provide to help parties.
The Framework was developed following consultation on The Future of Online Proceedings discussion paper, which examined how we have delivered online hearings and conferences since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Commission also issued a Statement today responding to feedback received in response to the discussion paper.
We invite all interested users to provide feedback on the proposed Online Proceedings Framework.
Any feedback should be emailed to consultation@fwc.gov.au by Wednesday, 6 July 2022.
The Framework will be finalised and published after considering all feedback received. The Commission will review the Online Proceedings Framework after it has been in operation for 6 months.
