We have launched our new online learning module on ‘Sexual Harassment at Work’.
The module is part of the expanding suite of resources available on our Online Learning Portal.
This module has been designed as an introduction to the topic of sexual harassment at work. Its aim is to help people understand:
- what constitutes sexual harassment at work
- the impact of sexual harassment on those experiencing and witnessing it.
It also provides referrals to more information and resources, including information about what the Commission can do.
The module will be expanded in the new year to include changes to this role under the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs Better Pay) Act 2022. Information about the Commission’s implementation of the Secure Jobs Better Pay changes is available on our website.
