The Commission's virtual tour has a series of videos about the Commission's facilities and processes. The tour features a number of videos to assist unfair dismissal applicants and respondents. The Fair Work Commission engages with the public in a number of ways.
The Commission can provide briefings and information sessions to interested groups, such as school and university students, union delegates, employer representatives and human resource professionals.
Briefings and information sessions focus on the role, functions and history of the Commission to assist people who use the Commission's services or who are studying Australia’s workplace relations system. Where possible, visitors can also observe hearings and be addressed by a Commission Member.
Briefings and information sessions can be arranged in any Australian state and territory capital city.

The Commission's user groups facilitate an exchange of views between the Commission and its key stakeholders.
This user group is led by Justice Ross, President of the Commission, and includes representatives from national law firms who frequently appear in matters before the Commission.
This user group provides a forum for the exchange of views from key users regarding the case management practices for dealing with unfair dismissal applications.
The group is headed by the Termination of Employment Panel Head and comprises representatives from national bodies whose members represent applicants and/or respondents in unfair dismissal matters.
