All zombie agreements will sunset (terminate) on 7 December 2023 after a default period of 12 months beginning on 7 December 2022.

When your zombie agreement sunsets, it will automatically terminate so that it no longer operates.
You can apply to extend the default period in certain circumstances. If an extension is granted, your agreement will sunset (terminate) on the date specified in the decision.
