An application has been made by the Community & Public Sector Union (CPSU) to make a State reference public sector  modern award  to replace the Victorian State Agencies Award 2003 [AT825011] under Schedule 6A, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.
