An application has been made by the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (AMWU) and Herald & Weekly Times Pty Limited to make a modern award to replace the following enterprise instruments:

  • Printing Industry – Herald and Weekly Times – Production – Award 2003
  • Metropolitan Daily Newspapers Redundancy Award 1999
under Schedule 6, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009. There is a link to the application below.
