Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority Award 2005

An application has been made by the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia and others to make a modern award to replace an enterprise instrument - the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority Award 2005 under Schedule 6, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.
