Salaried, Professional and Technical (TransAdelaide) Award 2001

An application has been made by the Australian Rail Tram and Bus Industry Union to make a modern award to replace an enterprise instrument - the Salaried, Profession and Technical (TransAdelaide) Award 2001  under Schedule 6, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.
