The Coal Mining Industry (Mines Rescue Staff) Award, 2005, Queensland

An application has been made by Queensland Mines Rescue Service Limited to make a modern award to replace an enterprise instrument - The Coal Mining Industry (Mines Rescue Staff) Award, 2005, Queensland under Schedule 6, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009. There is a link to the application below.

On 22 November 2016, the CFMEU - Mining and Energy Division made an application to vary the coverage of the Black Coal Mining Industry Award 2010. The application is proposed as an alternative vehicle for obtaining award coverage for Mines Rescue employees. Documents relating to this matter can be viewed via the following link: AM2016/34
