(a) A Board of Reference shall be established to deal with matters assigned to it by this award.
(b) Such Board shall be constituted of a single member of the Industrial Commission of South Australia who shall, from time to time be nominated by the President.
(c) Decisions of the Board shall be in writing, a copy filed with the Industrial Registrar and a copy supplied to the employer and employee affected by the application.
(d) The union or the employer or employee concerned may appeal to the President against any decision or order of the Board. The appeal shall be in writing and lodged with the Industrial Registrar and a copy served on the union or the employer concerned, as they case may be, within 14 days of the written decision of the Board. The appeal may be heard by a Presidential member of the Commission.
