AN170101 – Tasmanian Information Technology Industry Award
An employee appointed as a Union representative in the office or department where employed shall, upon notification to the employer, be recognised as the accredited representative of the Union. Such a representative shall be allowed the necessary time during working hours to interview the employer, or the employer’s representative, on industrial matters affecting employees represented by the union. The union representative may be accompanied by the appropriate union official.
