6. WHO IS BOUND BY THIS AWARD?

6.1 This award will be binding upon:

6.1.1 The Theatre Managers’ Association, its Federal and State officers and its members; and:

6.1.2 The Australian Entertainment Industry Association, and its members; and

6.1.3 The employers specified in Schedule “B” - respondents; and

6.1.4 Employees engaged in any classification set out in this award; and

6.1.5 The employees of the employers identified above, whether members of the Theatre Managers’ Association or not.
