re: exemption from redundancy and severance payments.
ORDER
A. Further to the hearing of the Commission on 27 May 2004, the Commission makes the following order:
1. Mr Tamplin, on behalf of the applicant, forward to each of the fourty (40) employees affected by this application, a copy of this Order.
2. In the event that all or any of these employees do not seek to challenge the basis upon which this Order is made, by close of business 11 June 2004, Pongrass Communications Group Pty Limited are exempted from the provisions of clause 4.2.5(d) of the Graphic Arts - General - Award 2000, with respect to employees recently made redundant.
B. This order shall come into force on 27 May 2004.
