Alliance means the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance;
Member means a member of the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance;
Cadet means an employee who is constantly or regularly in training in the collection and/or preparation of matter for television news services and current affairs programmes. The Higher School Certificate or its equivalent Year 12 qualification normally shall be the minimum entry for a cadetship. The employer shall have the right to appoint to cadetship a person without such qualification.
Commission means the Australian Industrial Relations Commission
