8. DISPUTES SETTLING PROCEDURE

In the event of a dispute arising in the workplace the procedure to be followed to resolve the matter will be as follows:

8.1 The member and their supervisor meeting and conferring on the matter; and

8.2 If the matter is not resolved at such meeting, the parties shall arrange for further discussions between the member and his or her nominated representative, if any, and more senior levels of management.

8.3 If the matter is still not resolved a discussion shall be held between represenatives of Federation of Australian Commercial Television Stations or other representative of the employer and the Alliance or other member representative.

8.4 If the matter cannot be resolved it may be submitted to the Commission.
