Further to the decision issued on 30 December 2010 [2010] FWA 9958 Fair Work Australia orders:
1. Pursuant to s.391(1)(a) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) that Aperio Group Australia Pty Ltd T/A Aperio Finewrap, being the employer of Viktor Sulemanovski at the time he was dismissed, reinstate Mr Sulemanovski by appointing him to the position he occupied immediately prior to his dismissal with such reinstatement to take effect from 10 January 2010.
2. Pursuant to s.391(2) of the Act that the continuity of Viktor Sulemanovski’s employment and the period of continuous service be maintained.
