Modern Awards Review 2012.
A. Further to the Decision issued on 27 September 2012 1 it is ordered that the Port, Harbours and Enclosed Water Vessels Award 20102 be varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “port, harbour” appearing in clause 4.1 and inserting “ports, harbours”.
2. By deleting the words “employee for working” appearing in clause 10.3(b) and inserting “employee working”.
3. By deleting the word “allowances” appearing in clause 14.8(b) and inserting “allowance”.
4. By deleting the word “surface” appearing in clause 14.9(b) and inserting “surfaces”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 27 September 2012.
