Modern Awards Review 2012—application to vary the Airline Operations-Ground Staff Award 2010.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 January 2013 1 is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the reference to “Schedule F” wherever appearing in item A.3. and inserting “Schedule G”.
2. By deleting the instruction appearing in item A.20. and inserting the following:
“20. By inserting clause 21.24 as follows:”
3. By deleting the words “[insert date of variation]:” appearing in clause G.2.1, of item A.27. and inserting 29 January 2013:”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 29 January 2013.
