Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “At June 2012, the component is $113.10 = $4.71 per hour” appearing in clause B.1.7(d) and inserting “At June 2013, the component is $116.25 = $4.84 per hour”.
2. By deleting the amount “$0.75” appearing in clause C.1.4(a)(ii) and inserting “$0.76”.
3. By deleting the amount “$79.48” appearing in clause C.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$81.47”.
4. By deleting the amount “$114.82” appearing in clause C.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$117.69”.
5. By deleting the amount “$18.84” appearing in clause C.1.8 and inserting “$19.31”.
6. By deleting the amounts “18.80”, “21.68” and “48.95” appearing in clause C.1.9 and inserting “19.40”, “22.37” and “50.51” respectively.
7. By deleting the amount “$1615.00” appearing in clause C.1.11(a) and inserting “$1761.00”.
8. By deleting the amount “$1428.00” appearing in clause C.1.11(d) and inserting “$1557.00”.
9. By deleting the amount “$114,291.00” appearing in clause C.1.13(a) and inserting “$124,619.00”.
10. By deleting the amount “$285.52” appearing in clause C.1.13(c) and inserting “$311.32”.
11. By deleting the amount “$8.08” appearing in clause C.2.7 and inserting “$8.34”.
12. By deleting the amount “$1.64” appearing in clause D.1.7 and inserting “$1.68”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2013.
