Modern Awards Review 2012—applications to vary the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010—modern award varied—correction to determination.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission 15 July 2013 [PR538792] is corrected as follows:
By deleting the final dot point appearing in clause B.2.8(a) and inserting the following:
• will have skills equivalent to the above gained through work experience subject to competency testing to the prescribed standards.
B. This determination will come into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 15 July 2013.
