Modern Awards Review 2012 - application to vary the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2010 - correction.
A. The determination issued by Commissioner Deegan on 22 July 2013 1 is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting item A.1. and inserting the following:
1. By inserting the following note under the table appearing in clause 14.1:
NOTE: The weekly rate of pay for an employee will be determined by dividing the annual salary by 313, multiplying that amount by 6, and rounding to the nearest $0.10.
2. By renumbering item A.3. as A.4.
3. By inserting a new item A.3. as follows:
3. By inserting the following note under the table appearing in clause 14.3:
NOTE: The weekly rate of pay for an employee will be determined by dividing the annual salary by 313 and multiplying that amount by 6.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 22 July 2013.
