Transitional review of modern awards - apprentices, trainees and junior rates - common matters - consequential variations - correction.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 22 November 2013 [MA000076 PR544176] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the numbering “E.8” wherever it appears in item A.3 and inserting the numbering “E.2.8”.
2. By deleting the numbering “E.9” wherever it appears in item A.4 and inserting the numbering “E.2.9”.
3. By deleting the numbering “E.10” wherever it appears in item A.5 and inserting the numbering “E.2.10”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 January 2014.
