Application to reinstate default fund in modern award.
A. Further to the decision issued on 12 June 2014 [2014] FWCFB 3206, it is ordered that the above award be varied as follows:
1. By inserting in a new clause 28.4(f) the following: ‘Westscheme Superannuation Fund’.
2. By renumbering clauses 28.4(f) and 28.4(g) as clauses 28.4(g) and 28.4(h).
B. This determination takes effect from 1 January 2014.
