Applications to reinstate default funds in modern award.

A. Further to the decision issued on 12 June 2014 [2014] FWCFB 3206, it is ordered that the above award be varied as follows:

1. By inserting in a new clause 20.4(g) the following: ‘City of Perth Superannuation Fund’.

2. By inserting in a new clause 20.4(h) the following: ‘Local Super’.

3. By renumbering clauses 20.4(g) and 20.4(h) as clauses 20.4(i) and 20.4(j).

B. This determination takes effect from 1 January 2014.
