Consultation regarding change of contract—definition.
A. It is ordered that the Security Services Industry Award 2010 1 be varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “cleaning services” in the definition of change of contract appearing in clause 3.1—Definitions and interpretation and inserting “security services”.
B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 May 2014.
