4 yearly review of modern awards – common issue - transitional provisions - deletion of obsolete provisions - Broken Hill allowance.

A. Further to the decisions issued on 31 October 2014 1 and 11 February 20152 it is ordered that, pursuant to section 156(2)(b)(i) of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Pharmacy Industry Award 20103 be varied as follows:

1. By deleting clause 19.7(a).

2. By deleting clause 19.7(b).

3. By deleting the clause heading “(c) Broken Hill” and inserting “Broken Hill”.

4. By deleting clause 19.7(d).

B. This determination comes into effect on 7 May 2015.
