Variation to modern award - Stevedoring Industry Award 2010.

A. Further to the decision 1 of 14 May 2015 and pursuant to section 156(2)(b)(i) of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Stevedoring Industry Award 2010 is varied as follows:

1. By deleting clause 25.3 in its entirety.

B. This determination comes into operation on 14 May 2015.
