Annual Wage Review 2014–15.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2014–15 on 2 June 2015 [[2015] FWCFB 3500], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$707.10” appearing in clause 13.1 and inserting “$724.80”.

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(a) and inserting the following:

Half day rate	225.60
Full day rate	450.18

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(b) and inserting the following:

9.00 am to 5.30 pm (ready to start at 9.00 am)	204.69 per day
Day extended beyond 5.30 pm (minimum 1 hour payment)	34.54 per hour
Half day (maximum 4 consecutive hours)	114.29 per half day
Single showing (maximum 1 hour) commencing after 5.30 pm	77.18 per showing
Evening showing (maximum time consecutive hours)	153.75 per showing

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(c) and inserting the following:

Single parade finishing prior to or at 6.00 pm (maximum 2 consecutive hours)	178.25 per parade
Single parade finishing after 6.00 pm (maximum 2 consecutive hours)	201.72 per parade

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(d)(i) and inserting the following:

Full day—9.00 am to 5.30 pm	227.65 per day
Half day (maximum 4 consecutive hours)	114.29 per half day
Evening show parade starting after 5.30 pm (maximum 2 consecutive hours)	157.34 per parade

6. By deleting the amount “$244.70” appearing in clause 13.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$250.82”.

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(e) and inserting the following:

Engagement of maximum of 2 consecutive hours on 1 or 2 days (Monday to Friday)	201.72 per day
Engagement of maximum of 2 consecutive hours on 3 or more days (Monday to Friday)	153.75 per day
Engagement of maximum of 2 consecutive hours on a Saturday	201.72 per engagement
Hourly rate where work performed continues beyond the 2 hour engagement	52.69 per hour

8. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(f)(i) and inserting the following:

9. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.2(f)(ii) and inserting the following:

10. By deleting the amount “$49.80” appearing in clause 13.2(g) and inserting “$51.05”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2015. In accordance with s.166(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2015.
