Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “At June 2014, the component is $118.85 = $4.95 per hour” appearing in clause B.1.7(d) and inserting “At June 2015, the component is $121.25 = $5.05 per hour”.

2. By deleting the amount “$83.86” appearing in clause C.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$84.97”.

3. By deleting the amount “$121.14” appearing in clause C.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$122.75”.

4. By deleting the amount “$19.88” appearing in clause C.1.8 and inserting “$20.14”.

5. By deleting the amounts “19.78”, “22.80” and “51.49” appearing in clause C.1.9 and inserting “20.19”, “23.28” and “52.57” respectively.

6. By deleting the amount “$1761.00” appearing in clause C.1.11(a) and inserting “$1769.00”.

7. By deleting the amount “$1557.00” appearing in clause C.1.11(d) and inserting “$1564.00”.

8. By deleting the amount “$124,619.00” appearing in clause C.1.13(a) and inserting “$125,186.00”.

9. By deleting the amount “$311.32” appearing in clause C.1.13(c) and inserting “$312.74”.

10. By deleting the amount “$8.50” appearing in clause C.2.7 and inserting “$8.68”.

11. By deleting the amount “$1.73” appearing in clause D.1.7 and inserting “$1.75”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2015. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2015.
