Application for relief from unfair dismissal.

[1] Further to the decision issued on 29 March 2016 1 and pursuant to s.391 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Fair Work Commission orders that:

1. The Department of Human Services reinstate Mr Daniel Starr to the position he held immediately before the termination of his employment.

2. The Department of Human Services maintain continuity of service for Mr Daniel Starr from the date of termination of his employment to the date of reinstatement.

[2] This order is to be complied with within 14 days of the date of this order.
