Application for relief from unfair dismissal.
[1] Further to the decision issued on 19 May 2016 and pursuant to s.391 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Fair Work Commission orders that:
1. Glad Group Pty Ltd t/a Glad Commercial Cleaning reinstate Mr Raj Bista to the position of cleaner he held immediately before the termination of his employment.
2. Glad Group Pty Ltd t/a Glad Commercial Cleaning maintain continuity of service for Mr Raj Bista from the date of termination of his employment to the date of reinstatement.
3. Glad Group Pty Ltd t/a Glad Commercial Cleaning pay Mr Raj Bista the amount of $9187.20, less any taxation amounts required to be deducted by law, for lost remuneration.
[1] This order is to be complied with within 14 days of the date of this order.
