Enterprise award modernisation – instruments terminated.

1. Further to the decision issued in transcript by the Fair Work Commission (Commission) on 20 June 2016 and Reasons for decision issued on 15 August 2016 [[2016] FWCFB 5706 the following instruments are terminated:

2. This order comes into effect on 15 August 2016.
