Termination of enterprise instruments.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 March 2015 1 it is ordered that the following enterprise instruments are terminated insofar as they operate as a pre-reform awards and any related transitional Australian Pay and Classification Scales or State reference transitional awards derived from the instruments:

● Airline Operations Qantas Flight Attendant Divisional Transfer Award 2004 [AP836453] (EM2013/118);
● Airline Operations - (Qantas Airways Limited) Long Service Leave Award 1999 [AP765549] (EM2013/120);
● Airline Operations – Professional Engineers (Qantas Airways Limited) Award 1999 [AP766942] (EM2013/142 and EM2013/156);
● Airline Operations (Qantas Airways Limited) Award 1999 [AP765516] (EM2013/152);
● Airline Operations – AMWU Technical and Supervisory Staff – Qantas Airways Limited Award 1999 [AP767002] (EM2013/152);
● Airline Operations (Qantas Airways Limited) Shorter Hours Award 2005 [AP838870] (EM2013/152); and
● Airline Industry (Qantas Airways) Superannuation Award 1988 [AP765680] (EM2013/153).

B. This order comes into operation on 7 November 2016.
