Application for termination of the Loy Yang Power Enterprise Agreement 2012.

[1] In accordance with the Decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 12 January 2017, [2017] FWCA 226, and pursuant to s.226 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Loy Yang Power Enterprise Agreement 2012 is terminated.

[2] This order will come into effect on and from 30 January 2017.
