A. Following the settlement of the above matter prior to hearing, Ecolab Pty Ltd (Ecolab) made an application for costs on 8 September 2016 against Ms Lindy Smith and/or Mr Gary Dircks t/as Just Relations Consultants. On 16 September 2016 Ecolab filed a Form F6 particularising its application and attaching a schedule of costs. For a number of reasons the application for costs was re-filed on 16 September 2016.

B. On 25 November 2016 the Commission issued a decision in the costs application. 1 That decision required that the itemised schedule of costs be re-submitted to the Commission.2 On 23 December 2016 the Commission sought further clarification of the schedule of costs. A final schedule of costs was submitted on 24 January 2017.

C. In accordance with the decision of the Commission and the schedule of costs received by the Commission on 24 January 2017 the Commission hereby orders:

1. That Gary Dircks t/as Just Relations Consultants pay to Ecolab Pty Ltd the sum of $11,550.93 being 50% of the costs incurred by Ecolab Pty Ltd for the period 25 August 2016 to 8 September 2016.

D. This order shall come into effect on 27 January 2017.
