Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 10.7(b) and inserting the following:

2. By deleting the amount “$30.98” appearing in clause 10.10 and inserting “$31.55”.

3. By deleting the amount “$24.06” wherever it appears in clause 10.14 and inserting “$24.32”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.3 and inserting the following:

6. By deleting the words “Transportation sub-group”, “Food sub-group” and “Clothing and footwear sub-group” appearing in clause C.4 and inserting the words “Transport group”, “Food and non-alcoholic beverages group” and “Clothing and footwear group” respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2017. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2017.
