Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.6(a)(i) and inserting the following:

Disturbance allowance	$
Employee without dependants or partner	574.22
Employee with one or more dependants or a partner	1203.00
Additional payment for each full-time student(s) dependent child(ren)	228.00

2. By deleting the amount “$28.94” appearing in clause 11.13(a) and inserting “$29.56”.

3. By deleting the amount “$28.57” appearing in clause B.3 and inserting “$28.94”.

4. By deleting the amount “$28.94” appearing in clause B.3 and inserting “$29.56”.

B. Item 3 of this determination comes into operation from 1 July 2016. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 item 3 of this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2016.

C. Items 1, 2 and 4 of this determination come into operation from 1 July 2017. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 items 1, 2 and 4 of this determination do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2017.
