Four yearly review of modern awards – Silviculture Award 2010 – allowances.

A. Further to the decision issued in this matter on 30 October 2017, 1 the Silviculture Award 2010 [MA000040] is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “clause 18.1(n)(i)” appearing in clause 18.1(h) and inserting the words “clauses 18.1(g) and (h)”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 8 November 2017. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 8 November 2017.
