Termination of employment - arbitration.

A. Further to the Decision issued on 3 December 2018 in [2018] FWC 7314, the Fair Work Commission orders that:

1. Transdev Queensland Pty Ltd is to pay to Mr Michael Guorgi compensation of $17,795.08, plus superannuation, to be taxed according to law and paid within 21 days of the date of the decision.
