Application for termination of The Alcoa World Alumina Australia WA Operations AWU Enterprise Agreement 2014.
A. Further to my decision, 1 and pursuant to s 226 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), The Alcoa World Alumina Australia WA Operations AWU Enterprise Agreement 2014 is terminated.
B. This Order will come into effect on and from 7 January 2019.
