Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 20.1(a) and inserting the following:

2. By deleting the amount “$87.92” appearing in clause 20.1(d)(i) and inserting “$89.59”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$4.40” and “$87.92” appearing in clause 20.1(d)(ii) and inserting “$4.48” and “$89.59” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$14.78” appearing in clause 20.2(a) and inserting “$15.06”.

5. By deleting the amount “$14.78” appearing in clause 20.2(c) and inserting “$15.06”.

6. By deleting the amount “$1804.00” appearing in clause 20.3(b) and inserting “$1838”.

7. By deleting the amounts “$478.44” and “$68.45” appearing in clause 24.3(a)(i) and inserting “$494.94” and “$70.81” respectively.

8. By deleting the amounts “$197.14” and “$28.14” appearing in clause 24.5 and inserting “$201.48” and “$28.76” respectively.

9. By deleting the amount “$14.78” appearing in clause 24.7(a)(i) and inserting “$15.06”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 February 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 February 2019.
