Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$13.07” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(i) and inserting “$13.34”.

2. By deleting the amount “$13.07” appearing in clause 17.2(c)(ii) and inserting “$13.34”.

3. By deleting the amount “$125.13” appearing in clause 28.3 and inserting “$127.51”.

4. By deleting the amounts “$7.26” and “$5.80” appearing in clause 29.1 and inserting “$7.40” and “$5.91” respectively.

5. By deleting the amount “$13.07” appearing in clause 36.5 and inserting “$13.34”.

6. By deleting the amount “$13.07” appearing in clause 36.10 and inserting “$13.34”.

7. By deleting the amounts “217.12” and “58.18” appearing in clause 45.1(a) and inserting “221.25” and “59.38” respectively.

8. By deleting the amounts “217.12” and “58.18” wherever they appear in clause 45.3(b) and inserting “221.25” and “59.38” respectively.

9. By deleting the amounts “217.12” and “58.18” wherever they appear in clause 45.4(b) and inserting “221.25” and “59.38” respectively.

10. By deleting the amount “151.07” appearing in clause 45.5(b) and inserting “153.95”.

11. By deleting the amount “$69.68” appearing in clause 47.1(f) and inserting “$72.08”.

12. By deleting the amount “$2.90” appearing in clause 47.1(g) and inserting “$3.00”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 February 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 February 2019.
