4 yearly review of modern awards – annual leave common issue - Aluminium Industry Award 2010 - correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 29 July 2016 [PR582959] is corrected as follows:

1. By inserting the word “continuous” before the word “shiftworker” in clause 22.6(a) of item 1.

2. By inserting the word “continuous” before the word “shiftworker” in clause 22.8(d) of item 10.

B. This determination comes into operation from 13 February 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that start on or after 13 February 2019.
