Bargaining order in relation to negotiations with ePharmacy Group Pty Ltd for an enterprise agreement to replace the Preston ePharmacy Enterprise Agreement 2015.

A. Pursuant to s.230 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act), the Fair Work Commission orders that:

i. ePharmacy Group Pty Ltd is to defer the vote to approve the draft ePharmacy Preston Enterprise Agreement 2019 scheduled for 27 March 2019 by at least 21 days, unless ePharmacy Group Pty Ltd and the National Union of Workers agree to an earlier date.

ii. ePharmacy Group Pty Ltd and the National Union of Workers will schedule a minimum of three meetings over the next fourteen days at an agreed time and place, unless otherwise agreed by ePharmacy Group Pty Ltd and the National Union of Workers.

B. This order takes effect from 25 March 2019.
