Pharmacy Industry Award 2010 - substantive issues.

A. Further to the Full Bench decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 13 June 2019 [[2019] FWCFB 3949], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$1064.40”, “$1165.80”, “$1193.20” and “$1329.60” appearing in the table in clause 17 and inserting “$1091.00”, “$1194.90”, “$1223.00” and “$1362.80” respectively.

2. By deleting the amounts “$1091.00”, “$1194.90”, “$1223.00” and “$1362.80” appearing in the table in clause 17 and inserting “$1117.60”, “$1224.10”, “$1252.90” and “$1396.10” respectively.

3. By renumbering clauses 19.1 to 19.8 as 19.2 to 19.9.

4. By inserting a new clause 19.1 as follows:

19.1 Home Medicine Reviews and Residential Medication Management Reviews

An employee classified as a Pharmacist, Experienced Pharmacist, Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist Manager who is required by the employer to perform Home Medicine Reviews or Residential Medication Management Reviews shall be paid an additional allowance of $106.40 per week.

B. Item 1 of this determination comes into operation from 1 July 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after I July 2019.

C. Items 2, 3 and 4 of this determination come into operation from 1 October 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 October 2019.
